The website has the usual biography, news, filmography (which is useless when it comes to providing the information on his old movies) TV appearances etc, and something special in the way of tiny arrows which gets the user from one movie based “dimension” to another.
Along with the visuals, the Jim Carrey website also has music which is being defined as being “creepy” and can be shut off by clicking on the “little doodad” that sits on the homepage. The major problem lies during the navigation of the site. Also, for bad internet connection users, the site does not want to work. The website, however has some major surprises in store for us in the form of a little guy who appears on screen. In case the user uses his fast reflexes to click on it, he will be rewarded with the personal life pictures of Jim Carrey. The users can also navigate to the star’s twitter account by clicking on his picture with the overhead bird.
The site has been designed by Riecansky and the production house is Burner Media.
