Paparazzi caught ‘The Hills’ star kissing the singer in Los Angeles last week, before the couple high-tailed it to Vegas and were crowded by photographers as they had dinner at Aria’s Union and then headed over to Haze nightclub, where sources caught the couple “all over each other”.

Friends of the ‘The Hills’ star say the new relationship is definitely the real deal. One friend recently had this to say: “He’s totally into her- that’s kind of surprising because Avril is totally not his type…But it’s definitely not a publicity stunt. She’s not high maintenance so he can be chill and not deal with a playmate kind of girl.”
The two even decided to get tattoos together while in Vegas. After becoming affectionate at the opening party for Mario Barth’s King Ink, the pair were seen kissing several times. Lavigne chose to get a tattoo on her wrist–of the number 30, accompanied by a lightning bolt. Jenner then got his tattoo: a lightning bolt below his ear. Sounds serious!
